Your intake session is 75 minutes because your story deserves more than a rushed β€œSo tell me about your childhood” moment.

We slow down. We breathe. We get clear on what’s hurting, what’s heavy, and what you want your life to feel like.

You don’t have to spill everything. You don’t have to impress me. You just have to show up as you are.
