Your First Session Is Grounded, Not Awkward
Your intake session is 75 minutes because your story deserves more than a rushed “So tell me about your childhood” moment.
We slow down. We breathe. We get clear on what’s hurting, what’s heavy, and what you want your life to feel like.
You don’t have to spill everything. You don’t have to impress me. You just have to show up as you are.
I’ll take it from there.

This is a space where your emotions make sense, your story matters, and your healing is the priority.

Before Your Session
I pray over you.
Before we meet, I take a moment to pray over your session — asking the Spirit to steady your heart, guide our time, and prepare the space for whatever you’re carrying.You’ll get reminders.

During Your Session

Healing isn’t always cute. Sometimes it’s messy. Sometimes it’s annoying. Sometimes it’s “Wow, I didn’t want to hear that today.”
But you won’t be doing it alone. I’m right there with you — steady, grounded, and fully invested in your growth.
