Questions? I have answers!

  • Counseling helps you process emotions, patterns, and experiences with a licensed professional.

Coaching is forward‑focused and action‑oriented — perfect for dating, boundaries, confidence, and marriage momentum.

Both are rooted in biblical wisdom and emotional clarity.

  • Yes — supporting teen girls is one of my specialties.

I help with identity, friendships, emotional regulation, confidence, and pressures they’re too young to carry alone.

  • I offer in‑person Christian counseling here in Colorado Springs, along with online sessions for women anywhere in Colorado. I also offer walk‑and‑talk sessions for women who think and process best while moving, and mid‑session text consultations for those days when you just need someone to help you work something through right away (this add‑on has a small additional fee).

My approach is warm, relational, and rooted in Scripture — a steady place to land when life feels heavy or confusing.

  • Yes — deeply and intentionally. If you want it, we weave Scripture into your goals, your growth, and even your weekly summaries so you’re anchored in truth, not just emotion. We end each session in prayer, and you have a counselor who prays for you continually — before, during, and after we meet. Honestly, I prayed for you even before I knew your name, asking God to prepare my heart to walk alongside the women He would send and to let the Spirit lead every bit of my equipping.

And if you don’t want faith woven in — that’s okay too. I’m here for you either way.

  • Absolutely — this is one of the areas I’m most passionate about. So many women feel confused, drained, or second‑guessing themselves in relationships, and they don’t realize they’re carrying patterns that were never theirs to begin with. I help you slow down, see things clearly, and understand what’s healthy, what’s not, and why you’ve been drawn to certain dynamics. Together we build confidence, discernment, and boundaries that feel strong and peaceful — not harsh or defensive. Whether you’re dating, healing from someone toxic, or learning to trust yourself again, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

  • Yes. So many wives look up one day and think, “How did we go from so connected… to feeling miles apart?” It’s painful, but it’s also fixable (as long as it is also safe). I help women gently trace where the drift began, remember what once made your marriage feel alive, and rebuild intimacy in a way that feels safe, exciting, and deeply passionate. Together we work on reconnecting emotionally, rebuilding trust, and bringing back the spark — so your marriage becomes life‑giving, tender, and exhilarating again.

  • You deserve to know before you pour out your entire mental, emotional, and everything else life history. That’s why I offer a free video consultation — a no‑pressure space where you can ask anything, get a feel for my style, and decide if I’m the right person to walk with you. There is nothing worse than choosing a therapist, filling out pages of deeply personal information, spending time attending a session, and realizing you picked the wrong fit…and now you have to break up with a person and it’s so so awkward.

Ask every question you need so you don’t waste time, money, or your precious emotional energy. I want you to choose what’s best for you.

And if I’m not your person — that’s completely okay. Just tell me, and I’ll help you find someone who is. Not every guide is meant for every journey, but I’ll always point you toward the right path for you.

  • I offer standing, recurring appointment times — because healing needs rhythm, not chaos. Most clients meet weekly or bi‑weekly, depending on what your life, nervous system, and season can actually hold.

Here’s the truth: Therapy works best when it’s consistent. Not “whenever I remember,” not “when things get bad again,” and definitely not “once every six weeks when my schedule magically opens up.”

So when possible, I recommend starting with weekly sessions for the first six weeks. Not because I want to see you more — but because:

    • we build trust faster

    • your nervous system settles sooner

    • you gain momentum instead of starting over every time

    • the work actually sticks

After those first six weeks, we’ll check in together and decide what feels supportive moving forward — whether that’s staying weekly or shifting to bi‑weekly.

If weekly isn’t available right away, we’ll start bi‑weekly and adjust as openings shift. Either way, we’ll stay attuned to what’s working, what’s not, and what your real life can hold.

This is your healing — we build it around you, not the other way around.

  • I don’t approach therapy like I’m collecting Pokémon diagnoses. I’m not here to slap a label on you and call it a day. My work is centered on your lived experience — the patterns, stressors, symptoms, and stories that actually shape your life — not reducing you to a code in a manual.

That said, sometimes diagnostic language is helpful. Not as an identity, but as a tool. A diagnosis can offer:

    • insight

    • validation

    • clarity

    • direction for treatment

    • language for referrals

    • a framework for understanding what’s going on

If a diagnosis becomes relevant, we’ll talk about it openly, collaboratively, and without shame. No surprises. No “gotcha” moments. No pathologizing your humanity.

And here’s the real part: If you plan to use superbills for insurance reimbursement, insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis on that documentation. That’s not my rule — that’s the insurance world being the insurance world.

If diagnostic documentation becomes part of your care, I’ll always communicate clearly about what it means, why it’s there, and how it supports your treatment — never as a label that defines you.

    You’re a whole human. Not a diagnosis.

  • Session Format + Rates

Let’s make this simple, clear, and human — because nobody wants to dig through fine print to figure out how support works.

Individual Counseling Sessions — $85 (through the end of January)

I’m a counselor‑in‑training and graduate in December, which means you get high‑quality, deeply attuned support at a rate that reflects this season. It’s the “best of both worlds” window — professional‑level care without the professional‑level price tag.

Counseling sessions are 50 minutes and can be:

    • in‑person

    • virtual

    • or a hybrid

Whatever works best for your life in this moment.

Counseling is where we slow down, explore your story, understand patterns, and build emotional safety. It’s deep work — but paced, gentle, and collaborative.

    Coaching Sessions — $125

Coaching is a different relationship entirely — and I mean that in the best way!

I’ve been coaching for 7 years, and it tends to become a deep, committed, high‑accountability relationship. Think of coaching as:

    • Open to anyone, anywhere (Colorado and beyond!)

    • more direct

    • more strategic

    • more action‑oriented

    • more access to me and my story

    • more momentum

Between‑Session Texting — $25/week (only when you use it)

Some weeks you need extra support. Some weeks you don’t. I’m not charging you for a service you didn’t use.

If you text, it’s $25 for that week. If you don’t, it’s $0. Simple.

    Workshops + Retreats

Pricing varies depending on the event. If you’re interested in a workshop or retreat, reach out and I’ll send details.

  • Yes! I reserve a limited number of scholarship and Pay As You Can spots for clients needing financial flexibility. Pay As You Can means a reduced rate based on your income or financial situation. I have a short form you can fill out to help determine a rate that feels sustainable for you!

These spots are first-come, first-served. If I don’t currently have open spots available, I am always happy to offer referrals to trusted lower-cost providers.

And if cost is a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out! I am more than happy to talk it through with you.

  • I accept electronic payments. The online system accepts most credit/debit cards, including HSA and FSA cards that function like a regular card.

Before your first session, you will receive a secure form to enter your card info. The session fee is charged the evening prior to each appointment.

  • I am considered an out-of-network provider, which means I am not in-network with any insurance companies. I have chosen not to work directly with insurance for more flexibility in my practice, and also to protect your privacy. I think it’s important to provide care that isn’t dictated by insurance requirements or forced diagnoses. That feels really wrong to me.

  • Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. I require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Without that notice, the full session fee will be charged. No-shows are also charged the full session fee.

That said, I know life happens! I offer one grace late cancellation or no-show per client. After that, late cancellations, reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows will be charged in full. Special consideration may be given in cases of emergency or sudden illness, at your therapist’s discretion.

I’m open to switching a session to telehealth on a limited, case‑by‑case basis — especially for things like sickness, weather, or anything that would otherwise force you to cancel and get hit with a late fee.

This isn’t an every‑week thing or a standing option. It’s a “life happens, let’s keep your spot and your momentum” kind of accommodation.

All I ask is that you communicate with me ahead of time if you need to switch a session to telehealth. If you let me know, we can usually make it work and avoid unnecessary cancellations or fees.

And because your time matters too, if I need to cancel your session with less than 48 hours’ notice outside of a true emergency, we’ll waive one future late cancellation or no-show fee for you—unless I’m able to reschedule within the same week.

  • Let me say this upfront: My goal is not to keep you in therapy forever. I’m not building a fan club. I’m not trying to become your lifelong emotional subscription service. The whole point is to help you get what you need, build real momentum, and eventually… not need me anymore.

There’s no universal timeline because humans aren’t universal. Some people get what they came for in a few months. Some stay longer because they want ongoing support, accountability, or a space to process life as it evolves.

But here’s how I approach it:

    • We start working toward your goals immediately.

    • We build clarity, skills, and emotional capacity as quickly as your nervous system allows.

    • We check in regularly about what’s working and what’s not.

    • And when you start feeling steady, grounded, and capable… we talk about wrapping up.

Not because I’m pushing you out — but because therapy is supposed to launch you, not trap you.

If at any point it feels like you’re ready to pause, shift, or transition out, we make that decision together. No guilt. No weirdness. No “but what will I do without you?” energy.

And if life shifts later and you want to come back? Great. You’re always welcome to return — whether you need support or just want to share an update.

Whether your time here is short‑term or longer‑term, we shape the process around what actually supports your growth… not what keeps you in the chair.
